Eating a balanced diet
According to Rosakis, it is important to maintain a balanced diet. If today you eat a lot of unhealthy foods such as fried foods, then the next day you should choose healthier foods such as salads or steamed food.
In addition, for Rosa, it is also important to consume vegetables, meat, and fruit in a balanced portions regularly. Luckily, Korean have many foods which consist of vegetables, for example, bibimbap. Carrots are one of the ingredients in bibimbap. As we know, carrots contain beta-carotene which can help to prevent aging skin because it is rich in antioxidants and provides protection for the skin from ultraviolet light.
Stay hydrated
Drinking enough water is also the key to healthy skin. Rosa said at least she drinks 2 liters of water a day. Fruits and vegetables that have lots of water content also can be an option because those give a positive impact on our skin.

Frequent movement and regular exercise are the next keys to Rosa's healthy skin. She regularly does yoga and pilates at home. Besides, Rosa also regularly does physical activities because Korean people often use public transportation. In one day, Rosakis can do up to 2,000 steps just by walking and moving.

Lastly, maintaining cleanliness is an important thing to do to get healthy and youthful skin. In maintaining cleanliness, Rosakis regularly replace and wash the pillow cover once in 2 weeks. Besides, Rosa also recommends not touching the face with bare hands often. The dust and dirt on your hands can trigger some skin problems, such as acne.
